Vandana is a seasoned HR Professional with over 25 years of experience in the HR Industry. After completing her degree in PM & IR, she began her career in HR Operations and gradually moved to Strategic HR before she found her calling in Learning & Development. She has been delivering soft skills training and development programs/workshops for corporates, institutions, and individuals for over a decade now. While she specialises in behavioural training, she is also a certified POSH Trainer and Consultant. Additionally, she is an author and an established content writer.

Amitabh Srivastava

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Amitabh is an established Media Professional with over three decades of experience in media, branding, and strategic marketing. He began his career in the hospitality industry with an unmatched zeal to grow and a passionate commitment to his work. After working for a few years, he reinvented himself with the inception of India’s leading news channel AajTak. He evolved into a media maestro with his exceptional learning abilities and unique PR skills. Over three decades, he has worked with the best brands in the industry, viz., Disney, MTV, BBC, and Radio Netherlands. His passion for learning and sharing knowledge helped him become a mentor for the next generation of professionals.

Our Story

Vandana and Amitabh were good friends, though they came from different industries and distinct niches. While both believed in the power of learning, they held their spirits high with the power of sharing. They realised how well they complemented each other in their grey areas and collaborated to build this robust powerhouse of learning and development.

Together, they have delivered numerous training programs for corporates and institutions and skill development workshops for individuals.
